You Won\'t Be Disappointed

Last fall, 2013 I dropped my Palm IIIe which I had had for many years, and loved it. I was devastated to say the least, even though I did constant backups in my desktop PC and at least saved all my info.. I went on Google and found numerous sites for Palms, but Palm DR\'s caught my eye as it stood out above the rest and looked very legitimate. I phoned Palm Dr. and spoke to Chris. He was amazing and helped me sort through my needs with various models as I already have a cell phone and did not want to pay the high price for a new i phone. I can\'t say enough about how helpful and professional Chris was. I ended up buying the m505 model with a few extras and am delighted with the product and at a very reasonable price I might add. Chris also helped me download all my Palm data from my IIIe in my PC to my new m505 in just a few minutes...unbelievable smarts!
With my old IIIe I carried 2 extra batteries in case the batteries ran out. However, with the m505 there are no batteries unfortunately and you have to plug into a 110 outlet. The cradle and adapter are very large and cumbersome to take along if you are going out of town. I called Chris and again he solved my problem by recommending 2 small cables...one can plug into the USB port on a PC,and one that is compact and plugs into a 110 on one end and the back of the m505 on the other...Perfect, just what I needed for when I travel. I recently went on a trip to B.C. ice fishing and the cable charged m505 from a 110 outlet. This is an ideal solution and the perfect solution once again.
All I can say to anyone looking for a Palm replacement, check out Palm Dr. and give Chris a call. He is very knowledgeable and offers a complete line of Palm products and accessories, and is a very nice person...you won\'t be disappointed. I hope Palm Dr. and Chris are around for a long time as I won\'t be getting rid of my m505 anytime soon. Go for it folks!

Chris diagnosed a fried logic board on my GPS and replaced it for way less than Garmin charges.

His communication was very responsive, detailed and accurate.

Thanks so much for such fast service! You found the bad ROM chip problem so fast and upgraded to a Compact Flash card to replace the micro-drive and saved my data. And then got it shipped back to me all in a matter of a few days. Just super!
